Returns Received damage or wrong product? We promise a full refund for the item. The amount will be refunded after product pick up and quality check by our team. The amount will be refunded in the source account or as your preferred choice. If you have any problems with your order, especially regarding any defective item or if any wrong product is delivered, we’ll gladly refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 7 days of receipt. Currently, we do not exchange any items. IMPORTANT We need an un-cut video recording while opening the parcel; if you have not recorded the refund, it will not be initiated. The total refund amount will have a small deduction of delivery charges (Rs. 59 onward).
